Being an artist, I notice beauty all around and thought this would be a way to
display beautiful fabrics and nature with the quilted flowers and ribbon,
which I added to be quilted. I have always loved this time in history-the
fashion, rich colors, and craftsmanship of decorative/architectural design.
Laces, pleats, and feathers add so much to the elegance of this time.
Portrayal of personality and beauty were my goal.
