How many ducks can you see? Cathy Zanoni is not only the designer of this quilt, but my sister. I consider myself lucky on both counts. As funny as it may sound, I am thankful she doesn't quilt. Otherwise, I would never have had the opportunity to tackle this awesome challenge of interpreting and patterning this quilt. Based loosely on a tessellation design, this machine appliqued piece contains five duck styles, three of which are repeated in mirrored positions for a grand total of 62 ducks. This means there are at least ten of each duck. Can you find them?
