It is a very different style of bog coat, as it has no lining and is made of fleece. I also put a zipper in front to make a "real" jacket out of it. The appliques are made of various fabrics: cottons, wools, and some fleece.  I also used ribbing instead of bias binding, and ribbing at the hem of the sleeves and the collar.  I guess you can see I don't like to follow the traditional route with these coats!
