Robyn Pandolph makes it look so easy! With her very clear instructions and her detailed and beautiful photos, the steps to doing successful needleturn hand appliqué looks very doable. I was very impressed!

Her new book, Needleturn Appliqué Made Easy, is a thoroughly organized and encouraging book. “Throughout her many years of teaching, Robyn has often used her six-block quilt titled ‘My Favorite Things’ as a terrific tool for learning needleturn appliqué. From the six blocks which range from the simple heart to the more challenging bee skep featuring the bias bar technique, beginners can master the challenges of everything from outer and inner curves and corners to narrow points and reverse appliqué.”

This book is like having a private lesson with Robyn. It is an 80-page book jam-packed with many projects, great instructions, and fantastic photo illustrations! She shows you her preferred method, plus two other methods of needleturn appliqué, plus reverse appliqué and using the bias bars technique.

Great for all levels of appliqué, beginners will love this book because of the thorough instructions and detailed images, and advanced appliquérs will enjoy her wonderful patterns, and maybe even learn a new twist using Robyn’s methods.
