The motif I designed for this quilt is the Silversword flower.
You can see this flower only on the volcano, Mt Haleakala and in
the Himalayas. I wanted to convey a sense of the force of life in
this quilt. I love to create quilts just because of the pure
enjoyment I get from it. Making quilts always inspires me and
fills me with energy and happiness.
