Baltimore Album type quilt, made for parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. 12 14-inch hand appliquéd blocks with hand appliquéd swag border. Each block is a variation of the Rose of Sharon design. Approximate size 80"x98" Hand and machine pieced and quilted. A big 50 is hand quilted into the middle of the top circle, the rest of the quilt is machine stipple quilted. No quilting in the sashing, a heart was quilted into each of the sashing corner squares. Made by Christie Bundy. Finished in January of 2003. From book, "Rose Sampler Supreme" by Rosemary Makhan.
