Born in London, England, Rose moved to Antigua, West Indies in 1986. She established small art studio for private commissions and exhibitions throughout the Caribbean. Relocating to Virginia, USA in 1996 she started a home based studio creating one-of-a-kind art quilts for exhibition and sale. Rose also produces hand dyed silk scarves, knitted beaded amulet bags for thimbles, quilting kits, hand dyed fabric, and patchwork gifts along with personally selected sewing notions that she uses in her work.
