This quilt was so much fun to design because I love the vintage shabby chic look that is so popular right now.  It was such fun incorporating pieces of vintage linens, old buttons, ribbons and embroidery into the design.  I also enjoy the retro feeling of the newer fabric lines and was amazed at how well they could be used to create a vintage style quilt. This is an original design.
